Hi, there! It’s my favorite time of the year when I can also finally take my kids to Pumpkin Patches in Colorado and watch the leaves changing. I have two little ones so I usually take them to about three pumpkin patches. And I know this can be expensive so I will list some free Pumpkin Patches in Colorado that are close not too far from Parker.

Anderson Farms

Anderson Farms Pumpkin Patch in Erie, Colorado, is a cherished autumn destination that embodies the spirit of the season. This is a perfect place for families and friends to come together and celebrate fall. The farm offers an array of activities, from pumpkin picking, wagon rides to the pumpkin patch, corn maze, petting zoo, barrel train, and pedal karts. And after gets dark they also have activities for adults like terror in the maze and zombie paintball hunt. I usually take my kids there once a year to pick up sunflowers or to the pumpkin patch.

Chatfield Botanic Gardens

The Chatfield Botanic Gardens Pumpkin Patch is a delightful oasis with lots of activities for little ones. Nestled in the serene Chatfield Farms in Littleton, this patch offers a unique blend of nature’s wonders and autumnal delights. Visitors can explore lush gardens while picking out their perfect pumpkin, making it a picturesque backdrop for fall family outings and seasonal photo ops. With its scenic trails, hayrides, and a variety of pumpkins in all shapes and sizes, the Chatfield Botanic Gardens Pumpkin Patch is for sure one of my family’s favorites.

The Patch

This location has been known for many years as The Patch in Elizabeth but they moved this year to Kiowa which is not far from Elizabeth. The Patch offers an amazing 35 acres of family fun with activities like corn mazes, pumpkin patch, pony hops, hay wagon rides, a petting zoo and many other activities making it a hub of seasonal excitement for kids and adults alike. So, get ready to have fun at this family-owned farm and enjoy all the photo props that they have around every corner.

Fritzler Farms up in La Salle

Fritzler Farms, located in the small town of La Salle, Colorado, is a beloved destination that truly comes alive in the fall. With its sprawling fields of pumpkins, a challenging corn maze, and an array of family-friendly activities, Fritzler Farms has become a staple for autumn enthusiasts in the region. This pumpkin patch is about 40 minutes from Denver and a little over an hour. from Parker. It’s worth the drive and a great stop for some small town family adventure.

Millers Farms

Millers Farms fall activities are a seasonal delight for families in the community. This location is a picturesque setting for creating cherished memories during the fall season. We love this pumpkin patch and really enjoy the Stack a wagon sale this year. You can fill a wagon with pumpkins, winter squash, potatoes, onions and other fall veggies for a fixed price. It’s a place where the beauty of the season and the joy of tradition come together for an unforgettable experience for you and your family.

Gilly’s

Gilly’s Pumpkim patch is awesome and one of our new favorites. It’s a family owned location in Castle Rock and one of Castle Rock’s original homesteads – built in 1889. They have a swing by the trees that last years was my kids favorite, photo props, pumpkins, tractors, popcorn, cotton candy and many other fun activities. There’s no admission fee so you just pay for the pumpkins or any food you eat.

Littleton Museum

The Littleton Museum’s fall activities are a delightful blend of history and seasonal fun. Located in Littleton, Colorado, this unique museum offers a glimpse into the past with its historic farm and village settings the whole year. During the fall, visitors can experience a step back in time while enjoying autumn-themed events. There are lots of colors changing during this time of the year, pumpkins, apple cider, so the museum brings together the charm of the season and the rich heritage of the region. There’s no admission fee and it’s a fun location to enjoy fall this time of the year.

Trinity Acres Pumpkin Patch

Trinity Acres Pumpkin Patch is a charming autumn destination nestled in the heart of Byers. This family-owned farm offers a delightful array of fall activities, making it a beloved spot for locals and visitors alike. All attractions are included in the price of the admission and they offer over 17 attractions for the whole family. The activities that are not included in the admission fee are paintball target shoot and pumpkin sling shots. This location is absolutely a must.

Lone Creek Farms

Lone Creek Farms is a picturesque haven for nature enthusiasts and agricultural aficionados. Located in Franktown, this family-owned farm offers a tranquil escape into the heart of rural life. Lone Creek Farms encapsulates the charm of the countryside and and is for sure another family favorite that we usually go every year.

Pumpkin Patches in Colorado
